With our family here from North Carolina, we’ve been surrounded by family, which is always wonderful. Growing up, my family would always put up the Christmas tree the day after Thanksgiving. It was always the beginning of Christmas for me. Today, Alberto and I still continue this tradition, and each year it keeps expanding. We have three trees (yes, three): living room, family room and dining room. However, they’re all artificial. We were walking through Home Depot, and Alberto came across a really pretty terracotta-color porcelain tile. We had been looking for chargers for the holidays and realized that the tiles were perfect for what we were looking to do with our Thanksgiving table…and they were like $1 each! This is one of the easiest projects you can do!

So on Saturday afternoon, we were relaxing with a glass of wine, when all of a sudden, horror struck! We totally forgot to decorate for Halloween…yes, we REALLY did forget to do anything! AHHHHHH!
